• Contact and registration forms: name, email address, phone number, and any details you submit through inquiry, contact, or program registration forms.
• Program bookings (via Booking Layer): name, contact information, participant/child information (where applicable), and payment information. Payment processing is handled directly by Booking Layer; we do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
• Newsletter/email signup (via Constant Contact): name and email address, if you subscribe to our mailing list.
• Phone calls and text messages: phone number, call metadata (e.g., date, time, duration), and, if you opt in, your consent to receive text messages, along with the content of any texts you send us.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Website analytics (Google Analytics 4): device type, browser, pages visited, time on site, referral source, and general location (city/region level), collected via cookies and similar technologies.
• Advertising pixel (Meta/Facebook Pixel): browsing behavior on the Site used to measure ad performance and build advertising audiences on Meta platforms.
• Call tracking: when you call a tracking number displayed on the Site, we may log the number you called from, call duration, and (where disclosed) a recording of the call, in order to measure which marketing channels are driving calls.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Respond to inquiries and process program registrations and bookings;
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, and program-related updates;
• Send marketing communications (email or text) if you have opted in;
• Operate and improve the Site, including understanding which pages and marketing channels perform well;

• Maintain records for safety, scheduling, and program administration;

3. Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy

If you opt in to receive text messages from us:

• We collect your mobile phone number and your consent status (transactional and/or marketing) at the time and method of opt-in (e.g., web form, checkbox, keyword text).
• We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your mobile phone number or opt-in consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your number and consent are used solely by Hydaway Collective to send you the messages you opted into, and are shared only with our SMS service provider(s) strictly to deliver those messages on our behalf.
• You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, and can get help by replying HELP or contacting us using the information in Section 8 below.
